Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026. This policy explains how TeleView ("we") collects and uses personal data on televiewtech.com and in the creator dashboard. The data controller is [Company legal name], [Street, postcode, city, country], [email protected].

Data we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address, channel link.
  • Account data: sign‑in details, connected YouTube analytics (read‑only) and payout details.
  • Newsletter data: your email, language and a record of when and how you subscribed and confirmed.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies only where you consent.

Why we use it

  • To run your account and match your channel with sponsorship offers (contract).
  • To send the weekly newsletter you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To process payouts and meet tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • To improve the site, only with your analytics consent.

Email delivery

We send emails and store subscriber data with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes data on our behalf within the EU. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.

YouTube data

We access YouTube data through the YouTube API Services with read‑only permissions. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account security settings.

Sharing

When you accept an offer, the brand sees your public profile and verified statistics. We use processors for hosting, email delivery and payments. We do not sell personal data.

Hosting and forms

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Contact and access‑request forms are stored with Netlify Forms; newsletter sign‑ups go directly to Brevo. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe, except the record of your consent, which we keep for up to 3 years as proof.
